Depending on where you are based, shipping times can be different. But in Sweden shipping takes 1-2 working days. If based outside of Sweden shipping times can take up to 3-4 working days.

Please check your spam or junk folder as sometimes our emails unfortunately get sent there by accident. If you have an order reference number i.e #01234, then the order has gone through.If you don't have an email confirmation or a text confirmation at all, then your order hasn't been processed. The pending/doubled payment will be released back to your bank account within a week.

OrdersCANNOTbe changed once they have been placed online as they are sent to the warehouse immediately in order to ensure prompt dispatch.For security reasons, we are not able to change the address your order is being sent to. Failure to provide the correct full address will cause your order will likely be processed but will fail to reach you.
